What God Can Do With Just a Vision

I just want to share with you that this picture was me simply showing up with what I had. I had a bedroom and a corner. In that little corner, I would film my videos. I’d buy fresh flowers every couple of weeks and share the devotionals God had placed on my heart.

I am so thankful for those days. They made me. They shaped me. They showed me that with God, anything is possible for those who believe.

Today I sit in our ministry’s office, surrounded by my own books and journals, and it’s so easy to get used to this being my normal. But the younger me would be left speechless if she knew this is what God had in store. Younger me would be laid out, prostrate before the Lord, in awe of His bigness and His faithfulness.

I wanted to share this with you because before I had the expensive camera, the lights, the books, the devotionals, or the team… I only had Jesus and a vision. And those two together are powerful.

They wake you up when you want to sleep in.

They encourage you when your accounts are in the negative.

They inspire you when you need it the most.

They give you hope when life looks hopeless.

I may not be in that same corner of my bedroom anymore, and I may have now written hundreds of devotionals, but one thing remains true…

I always go back to the simple gospel.

It’s still just me and Jesus on this journey. ✨
