Glow Up Sis

Every summer since 2017, I’ve embarked on a challenge. A Summer challenge where I believe God for a glow up. A glow up in my life when I desperately needed it.
See, I had spent so much time showing up for everyone else, but deep down, I knew it was time to pour back into myself. I was always just a phone call away. Always saying “yes” whenever I was asked to do something, not realizing I would be the one left suffering.
I remember a season when my plate was so full. I was leaving one job and rushing to the next. That evening, I felt a sharp pain in my chest, and in that moment, I knew it was time to slow down and make myself a priority.
This summer is just that. It is for you to evaluate your plate and not be afraid to table some things. It is not “no, never.” It is “not right now,” so other things can take priority, like your faith, your fitness, and your mental health.
This isn’t just a glow up. It is a God-led transformation.
Every year, I have stepped into a glow-up journey, believing God for more, and I have seen more. Not overnight, but something always breaks through. Somewhere, there is a shift in my life, my body, my peace, and even my relationships.
So do not wait. You can start your glow up with God right here, right now, for the next 60 days.
We are stepping into a summer of love and glow. Over these 60 days, you will let go of what has been holding you back, rebuild your confidence, and rediscover who you are as His daughter. Most importantly, you will step into who God has called you to be.
It is Your Glow Up Season.
Weekly Scripture
