I wake up to the alarm clock at 6 a.m. and most mornings I don’t hit the snooze button. I roll out of bed, grab my Bible or my workout clothes, depending on which one feels like being first that day, then I head off.
My morning routine actually matters to my life. I notice the better I am with my morning routine, the better my days flow. I tend to have more energy, clarity, and hope for each day.
Not to mention getting time in for prayer and devotion, really helps me address underlying issues that are plaguing my mind. I address low thinking thoughts and negative feelings. While doing this, I receive the focus and freedom to have a purposeful day.
Your morning matters, because that’s the time you have to yourself. You take off the title of mommy, daughter, nurse, manager, wife, coach, mentor, pastor, teacher, and you get to be just you. This is where you will find your freedom. In the mornings, I'm not Morgan Tracy J, I'm not my titles or my online influence. I’m just me, being me, and loving me to the fullest.
This is my time to live, to explore my dreams, fill up my personal cup of things that I love, and do my very best to be the version God continues to show me.
My goal is to inspire you to take back your mornings with God by creating a routine that blesses your life. So, Take Back Your Mornings by creating a routine that aligns with the version God keeps showing you!
