Easy Salmon Dinner

Eating Clean is not a diet I continuously say. The word "diet" just makes me feel dreadful. Instead, I am clean eating. Eating more foods that are nutrient-based has helped me be more conscious when eating. I realized my issue was that I was eating too much food that lacked in the nutrients my body needed. So here I am sharing with my favorite salmon dish.

My favorite Salmon dish is a weekday go-to dinner. It doesn't take long, and it's super easy for the women who are just getting comfortable in the kitchen.


  • Salmon (no splinters & preferably not frozen)

  • Brown Rice 1 to 2 Cups

  • Bell Pepper (green, red, & yellow)

  • Heavy Whipping Cream ½ cup

  • Cheese 1 cup

This is cooked in 30 minutes and is a very easy and healthy meal.
