When you decide to make a change in your life you are deciding to make a life move, such as moving to a new location, embracing a new relationship or whatever else comes up, it’s not always easy, and you will feel your heart tugging one way and your mind doing something different.
That is when fear pops up and tells you everything wrong. It will replay to you all the roadblocks. It will take you back to old scenes in your life and you then wonder why your mood went sour. It’s us allowing the fear to run rampant in our minds and to diminish the vision, the idea, or the goal that God has placed in our heart.
No matter what fear will try to hold us back, but we must embrace the Pull to Change.
The pull to make a new decision.
The pull to finish the degree.
The pull to embrace a new love.
The pull to go after that dream.
The pull will continue to show up in our lives in every season, and we must be willing to obey and to trust that God will be with us every step of the way.
Now, it’s our season to be fearless and instead allowing fear to talk to us, let’s talk to fear! Let’s tell it who we are, who our God is, who showed us the vision, who made us, who loves us, who strengthens us, who leads us, who birthed us, who has helped us.
Don’t forget to let fear know how far you’ve come and who you are today! The only way is up for you because God is leading you! God is with you through the tides of life and the overwhelming situations. He is with you through all of it!
Step out of fear with the Word of God and Embrace the Pull To Change!
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.”
